He enjoys messing with Seiichi and is rude to say what he thinks, teasing Seiichi over his relationship with his mother. While it's unclear whether her intentions are sexual, Seiko does seem to have a confused romantic interest in her son, kissing him on the lips twice over the course of the series and becoming horrified when she discovers a girl his age has a crush on him.She later abandons Seichi entirely during his trial, leading to him suffering a mental breakdown that consumes him well in to his adult life. This arrived in great condition and I loved the first volume to such a degree I decided to get everything else available.
