About this deal

And after having used it now for two months, I’m completely back in love with this fantastic SlimBlade.

As keyboard and mouse specialists since 1989, we are perfectly placed to meet virtually every keyboard and mouse requirement. It feels significantly better-built and more comfortable to use, and its sensor is much more consistent. After all, what's the point of using a trackball to minimize your lateral wrist movement if you wind up flexing your wrist all day? Since you use the same ball to control the scrolling and moving the pointer, this is almost inevitable. Very cool and easy way of scrolling, but because your pointer moves slightly during scrolling one could say it is not as perfect as the large scrollring found on the Kensington Expert or Kensington Orbit with Scrolwheel. The extra comforts in the SlimBlade Pro keep the venerable trackball from feeling too outdated, but there's more work to be done.

However, you can re-program all buttons using the companion software and assign them to various functions like media controls or mice and keyboard functions. Free downloadable KensingtonWorks™ software provides an easy-to-configure personalized experience, giving users the ability to assign a wide variety of program functions to 8 sets of programmable buttons with KensingtonWorks™ installed. In theory, you could choke up on the trackball to put your wrist on the base, but that would make it harder to move the ball precisely.Sleep mode/Battery - due to the rechargeable battery, they had to add sleep mode and that is sometime annoying. The Logitech MX Master 3 and the Kensington SlimBlade Trackball are both mice designed for office use, but the Logitech performs much better overall.

Dual sensors accurately track the large 55mm ball, giving you precise cursor control that requires less hand and wrist movement. That is additional cost and time, I have added pictures of the one that I have created with simple cork. It has a higher polling rate producing smoother-feeling cursor movements, especially on higher-resolution displays. The trackball doesn’t work on different devices simultaneously, so it only uses the selected setting (you won’t see the cursor move on multiple screens at once). According to Kensington, the SlimBlade Pro's battery will last for as much as four months on a charge, so you'll rarely need to plug it in if you don't want to. The Kensington Orbit Fusion Wireless Trackball and the Kensington SlimBlade Trackball are stationary trackball mice designed for office use.

Both the left slide button and the right push button can be reached with the thumb or ring/pinkie finger respectively while holding the trackball in the normal use position.I don’t see any more posts from you, so please explain the “deleted every day” part of your request. by 6 inches (HWD), the device has the same shiny, graphite-colored plastic base and large ruby-red trackball. Kensington SlimBlade Pro Trackball combines precision, comfort and wireless convenience in an advanced controller combining sleek, ergonomic design and dual-hand ambidextrous control. Coupled with that, it uses dual sensors for accurate tracking and scrolling so, you should be able to use it longer than a regular mouse with much less discomfort.
