About this deal

In addition to the books of the CwG series, there are also a number of guidebooks, meditation books, and other books adapted from the CwG series and referring to the CwG message. Starting in 2008, The School of the New Spirituality, Inc. (SNS), founded by Walsch, starting publishing new guidebooks for the series. at the moment of your death you will realize the greatest freedom, the greatest peace, the greatest joy, and the greatest love you have ever known.” You may like this book mainly because it tells us, as the title suggests, how God converses with us through our intuitions and feelings. But more important than discovering God, this book is about finding ourselves. The author uses wisdom from great philosophers and presents it to us in a simple palatable manner. The first thing which came to my mind after reading the part related to God is my favorite Sanskrit word Tathwamasi, which means Thou art you (That is you). It is coming in the Samaveda- in the Chandogya Upanishad. This is a complex Advaita Vedānta which means that God and you are the same, just like what the Sanskrit word, Aham Brahmasmi means. Walsh is telling a similar concept to us. I think it will be easier for us to understand this book if we have read Vedas. Meditations from Conversations With God, Book 2: A Personal Journal (December 1, 1997) ISBN 978-1-57174-072-4 Conversations with God: The Making of the Movie (Photos & Stories) (by Monty Jones with Neale Donald Walsch) (August 10, 2006) ISBN 1-57174-499-1

The part where the author says that Hitler did nothing wrong and Hitler went to heaven was ridiculous. The author tries to substantiate it by saying that many people followed Hitler's ideas at that time, making it more ludicrous. I never expected such immature statements in a book discussing spirituality in depth. Such inane insolent remarks will impugn the originality of the whole book. Another question asks about God’s forgiveness of sin. His reply “I do not forgive anyone because there is nothing to forgive. There is no such thing as right or wrong and that is what I have been trying to tell everyone; do not judge people. People have chosen to judge one another and this is wrong, because the rule is “‘judge not lest ye be judged.” The Ultimate Truth: nothing exists in the universe that is separate from anything else. Everything is intrinsically connected, irrevocably interdependent, interactive, interwoven into the fabric of all of life.” It happens in most people's lives more than once. It is that moment when you feel totally and completely isolated. It's that time when you feel, not that no one is hearing you, but that there is no one to hear you. You are really all alone. There is no one else, even when there is someone else in the room. There is nothing more, even when there is plenty more all around. There is only you, even when the world surrounds you. Perhaps especially when the world surrounds you, there is only you. This book is what it is. It doesn't force you into anything; it doesn't promote a new religion or following. It is not the right way. It is not the wrong way. It simply is. Only by fear are people offended - but to me the logic is sound and pure and the truth really is a beautiful thing. One had to attend one particular church. If you went to a church of a different denomination, that too was a sin. That was an attempt at control using fear. It worked. People will always believe in hell and a God who would send them there as long as we believe that God is like man — ruthless, self-serving, unforgiving, and vengeful. He tells us “Hitler went to heaven”. When Neale objects, God explains that Hell does not exist. (Though I know from many who have had NDEs, and from Robert Monroe’s three books, that a sort of Hell does in fact exist; it differs only in that we can always leave and go to a higher and better place if we ask for help from God or the angels. Also, God argues that there is no right or wrong in the universe.

I really was going meta..... beyond.... I wasn't asking for answers mortal opinions would grant---no "God-thought" etc would have satiated me then. I wanted first-hand experience of truth in that moment. DIRECT EXPERIENCE. Not concepts like "God" and "Gita" and "Shiva". Hence the sabbatical I was had undertaken! In fact, when we accept what He had done for us, when we decide to trust and follow in Him, we'll start to understand beautiful things, far beyond our imagination. For it is true, that the fear OF THE LORD is the beginning of knowledge. =) I had a long discussion with my father about Hilter based on what the author states here--- "Hilter went to heaven.... After death you will experience exactly what you expect and choose to experience. (That’s good, because I choose to go into the Light.) Jesus is said to have sought to lead by example, which is why he said, "I am the way and the life, follow me". Follow me meant that we should follow his example and become one with God rather than become his (Jesus) followers. Jesus and other living things are/were not one with God presently (everything is happening right now with no space/time difference). Jesus is supposed to have said, "The Father (God) and I are one, and you are my brethren". This means that living things are all one (particles of the collective God) ( Book 3, Chapter 20, PG. 329-330).Nothing happens against the will of God. It is not possible for one soul to affect another against its will. There are no victims and no villains. After “death” the soul learns it can go anywhere with the speed of thought. It can be in several places at once.
