About this deal

This catalogue is made easily available – including via Sharepoint – to all our colleagues so they can easily select the module or webinar that suits their need. The ‘what’ part of Teaching WalkThrus is divided into six sections, each containing a “core selection of ideas to provide good coverage of common issues and practices”. Crucially this creates a plan of specific action steps that form the basis for each subsequent session in the cycle. WalkThrus is an external, online platform that provides teaching focused strategies, broken down into granular steps, that complement our approach to developing High Quality Learning Environments in all our schools.

The subtitle, Five-step guides to instructional coaching doesn’t quite capture its full breadth and scope for teachers generally.Working across a system of sixty schools, WalkThrus has transformed teachers’ approach to their craft.

WalkThrus can provide the all-important instructional playbook for coaching, outlining the possible action steps teachers can take to solve the problems they identify in their classrooms. Pathfinder Teaching School Hub is part of Pathfinder Multi Academy Trust, an exempt charity registered in England and Wales. Each session follows a similar format and will be facilitated by colleagues from across the Teaching School Hub region.
